Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our client in Somerset West.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing 5-star customer service to clients and visitors
  • Greeting guests and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Ensuring the centre is "show ready" at all times
  • Assisting with move-ins, onboarding, and daily operations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth departures
  • Keeping accounts receivable up to date and supporting client events
  • Handling various tasks such as light cleaning, mail delivery, package handling, meeting room setup, and administrative support
  • Travelling between the Somerset and Stellenbosch branches whenever assistance is required

Requirements:

  • Driver's license and own transport (required)
  • 2-3 years of Front of House experience (preferred) 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service, operations, and sales experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive, customer-first attitude
  • Matric
