Our client is seeking a Junior Engineer to provide critical technical support to our production team. This role will enable you to contribute to engineering projects that drive process improvements and ensure the manufacturing of top-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Process Support:
- Support the industrialization and optimization of manufacturing processes for smooth and sustainable production operations.
- Perform data analysis to assist in troubleshooting, identifying trends, and improving production processes.
- Ensure machine reliability and address any technical issues in collaboration with setters and the production team.
- Monitor operations to ensure quality control, minimize waste, and comply with industry regulations.
- Propose solutions for process-related issues and contribute to the implementation of new systems or technologies to enhance productivity.

Inventory and Resource Management:
- Manage technical supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability for daily operations and engineering projects.
- Oversee procurement of necessary materials and equipment as needed.

Health and Safety:
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of assigned machines and areas, and promptly report any hazards.

Quality Assurance:
- Uphold the company's quality standards by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant quality systems.
- Comply with site-specific food safety standards, where applicable, and actively participate in maintaining the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- 1 -3 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Key Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficient in fault-finding, problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards (e.g., GMP, FSMS).
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
