Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Manage and monitor project costs to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Conduct measurements and valuations, including re-measurements as required.
• Assist with procurement, tender evaluations, and contractor negotiations.
• Provide financial reporting and advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a quantity surveying firm (candidates from construction or engineering firms will not be considered).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WinQS, DimX, and Excel.
• Qualifications: Degree or advanced diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
