  • Lead the charge by developing and implementing initiatives that fuel brand relevance and increase consumption across bars, clubs, restaurants, and fitness spaces.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders—owners, decision-makers, influencers—while supporting your team to deliver next-level activations.
  • Turn insights into action by driving new marketing strategies, consumer campaigns, and unforgettable events that leave a lasting mark.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by constantly observing trends, finding new business opportunities, and ensuring your strategies are always fresh.
  • Be the connector between marketing, sales, events, and cultural spaces, ensuring that our brand is seen and loved everywhere it counts.
  • Elevate the team through leadership, training, and inspiring the on-premise crew to strive for excellence in every activation.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in marketing and/or sales with a solid grasp of the on-premise scene.
  • A proven ability to translate strategies into action that hits home with both consumers and industry partners.
  • Sharp analytical skills and a passion for uncovering consumer insights.
  • Team leadership that inspires creativity, collaboration, and growth.
  • A do-it-now attitude: You thrive in fast-paced environments and always rise to the challenge.
