Are you a dynamic leader with experience in packaging operations? We are looking for a Packaging Team Leader to oversee production processes, optimize performance, and ensure a safe working environment in a fast-paced FMCG setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a shift-based team to execute the production plan efficiently
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Manage and optimize production performance using VPO principles
- Oversee scheduled maintenance and autonomous operations
- Monitor and coordinate production to align with budget and quality standards
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making within the team
- Ensure accurate administration and adherence to employment conditions
- Develop and manage employees to enhance team performance
- Implement performance management and communication strategies

Minimum Requirements:

> Post-Matric Tertiary Qualification (e.g., National Diploma in Engineering, N6 Engineering Studies + Trade)
>  A Degree in Engineering will be an advantage
> Minimum 2 years’ experience in an FMCG packaging process environment
> Experience in managing and running high-speed packaging lines is highly advantageous
> SAP and Voyager Plant Optimisation (VPO) experience (where applicable)
> At least 3 months on-the-job training
> Completion of an AB InBev Packaging Traineeship is a plus
