What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading the laundry team alongside the Laundry Manager

• Ensuring prompt and top-quality processing of hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry

• Coordinating laundry admin, scheduling, and team rosters

• Enforcing laundry SOPs to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Supporting smooth day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’ve got Matric/Grade 11 and willingness to complete Matric and at least 2 years’ solid experience in a similar supervisory role at a busy, upmarket hotel

• You know your way around commercial laundry equipment and tech

• You're tech-comfortable – experience with MS 365 is a plus

• You're flexible with shifts and can keep a cool head under pressure
