Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administration Clerk to manage front office activities and assist with administrative duties. This role includes processing orders, handling invoices, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Tokai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office activities, including reception, mail handling, and purchasing requests.
- Coordinate office services such as maintenance, office supplies, and equipment management.
- Process orders, invoices, credit notes, and ensure proper filing and reconciliation.
- Perform month-end duties, including filing documents and reconciling statements.
- Assist with customer queries and courier-related tasks.
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter).
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
- Certificate or diploma in accounting or related field preferred.
- Previous experience with Sage Pastel and Excel is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- FMCG industry experience is an advantage.
