Position: Specialized Sales Representative – Working Capital Solutions

Key Requirements:

• Proven Background: Solid experience in commercial or business banking (excluding retail banking). Must have a thorough understanding of credit lending processes and balance sheet management.
• Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver results in a B2B environment. Exceptional negotiation skills are a must.
• Network Access: Strong connections with brokers, auditors, accountants, and financial advisors to generate and cultivate leads.
• Operational Independence: Ability to independently manage your infrastructure, including transport, laptop, and Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilize your network to identify potential leads, engaging with key decision-makers like business owners and CFOs.
• Solution Promotion: Actively promote and explain our tailored working capital solutions, understanding client needs and business specifics.
• Client Engagement: Manage the client engagement process from initial contact until the formalization of funding facilities, thereafter transitioning the management to our support team.
