- Ignite Agency Briefings: Fuel coordination efforts to ensure smooth communication with recruitment agencies.
- Screen with Speed: Conduct lightning-fast 1st round candidate screenings using cutting-edge tools like Taleo and HireVue.
- Charge Up Interviews: Coordinate interviews with impeccable timing and precision.
- Keep Systems Running: Manage Taleo consumer support and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Document Like a Pro: Amp up the documentation process to meet 2023 and 2024 audit requirements.
- Drive Training Plans: Spark the rollout of training programs for Q2 & Q3 2024, ensuring continuous growth and development.
