They're looking for an experienced manager with strong leadership and warehouse management skills to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and drive business success. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of Aluminum and Glass products
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (AAAMSA, SAGGA, NHBR)
• Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and service levels
• Improve processes, ensure timely delivery to customers, and maintain high safety standards
• Oversee financials, control costs, and manage warehouse budgets
• Building client base and upholding client relationships 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (advantageous) 
• 5+ years of management experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in the aluminum and glass industry
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
• Sales experience is essential
