Our client, a leading company in the apparel manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Finishing Production Manager to oversee daily operations in the Finishing Department. This role is critical in ensuring quality production, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finishing Department, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Manage inventory, machinery maintenance, and production schedules for optimal efficiency
• Drive compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Lead wet works and laser development in collaboration with the Product Development team
• Implement cost-effective strategies to improve productivity and reduce waste
• Mentor and develop teams, fostering a culture of high performance

Requirements:

• Degree/NDP in Textile Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent
• 15+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of apparel production processes and product development
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive efficiency and innovation
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost controls
