We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Personal Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic law firm located in Gardens, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience and training in LegalSuite and will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Assist attorneys with day-to-day administrative tasks.
    • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
    • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence.
  2. Client Interaction:

    • Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
    • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions.
  3. File Management:

    • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
    • Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  4. Office Coordination:

    • Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked.
    • Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  5. LegalSuite Management:

    • Utilize LegalSuite for case management and documentation.
    • Ensure accurate and timely entry of information into LegalSuite.


  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Training and experience with LegalSuite software is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a PA are advantageous.
