What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Paid Media Power Plays: Own and optimise campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more. Think high-ROI, lead-gen magic.
  • Social That Sells: Create engaging, thumb-stopping content across TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram — and build a community that actually cares.
  • Data-First Decisions: Track performance metrics like a hawk (CPC, CTR, ROI, CPA, CPS, etc.). Test, tweak, repeat. You live by the numbers.
  • Creative Sparks: Collaborate with the design squad to produce attention-grabbing content, educational snippets, video gems, and ad assets.
  • Trend-Hunting: Stay plugged into what’s happening in the automotive world and consumer behavior — and feed that insight back into your strategy.
  • Strategic Support: Partner up with the Head of Marketing to push brand growth and retention initiatives forward.
  • Collaboration Core: Sync with sales, acquisition, and stock teams to ensure your campaigns match real-time needs.

You’ll Need:

  • A Marketing/Communications qualification (or you’ve been in the trenches long enough to prove you don’t need one).
  • A proven track record of high-performance paid media campaigns with real, measurable results.
  • Solid experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
  • A love for turning data into strategy — if it’s not measurable, it doesn’t exist in your world.
  • An eye for automotive industry trends — or the drive to learn fast and dive deep.
  • Killer communication skills and a get-it-done attitude.
  • Bonus points if you're hungry for growth and looking to carve a future leadership path.
