In late 1997, due to client demand OBR started offering temporary/contracting services to clients. We pride ourselves on supplying a high quality of temporary staff to our clients and have a reputation for delivering service excellence, adhering to high standards and procedures. To ensure the right fit, we use the same quality standards of sourcing, screening, assessments and evaluations for temporary staff as we do for permanent recruitment. With the onset of COVID19 we have a number of temps and contractors working from home and have adjusted our Recruitment process to assess connectivity and ‘office space’ suitability.
